MIG 21 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Betting Platform

01 General Terms & Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the MIG 21 platform. By creating an account on MIG 21, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read this document carefully before you get started.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on MIG 21, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required
• Only one account per person One Account Can Be Opened
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited

During registration, you will need to provide your full name, an active mobile number, and a strong password. As part of the KYC verification process, you may later be asked to submit a photo of your national ID or passport. This is done solely to protect your account.

Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is a violation of MIG 21's terms and conditions.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on MIG 21:

At least one successful deposit must be on record before a withdrawal can be made. To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds must be withdrawn to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. Any violation of this rule will result in the transaction being cancelled.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

MIG 21's bonuses and promotions are special offers designed for our users. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw it, a minimum betting turnover of 10x the bonus amount is required.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is offered at a fixed rate on weekly losses. The wagering requirement is 3x.
• Reload Bonus: Deposits made on specific days may qualify for additional bonuses. Terms vary by promotion.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus will be credited after your referred friend makes their first deposit.

Bonuses are only available through MIG 21's official channels. Bonus offers from third-party sources will not be honoured.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on MIG 21:

• Once a betting slip is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash out feature).
• If an event is cancelled or ends in a tie, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, MIG 21 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• Odds may change during live betting due to internet latency — this is not a system error.

Maximum winnings per bet are subject to a set limit. MIG 21 reserves the right to verify identity for large payouts. If one bet in a combo slip is voided, the remaining bets will be settled as singles.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MIG 21 platform:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity or information
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches for personal gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Harassing other users or attempting to defraud them
• Attempting unauthorized access to MIG 21's systems

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

MIG 21 believes betting is for entertainment — not addiction. That's why we offer a range of responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your own account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.

08 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

MIG 21 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited.
